Sarajevo is most famous by its wars and the buildings that still stand today, lost and abandoned to serve as a reminder of it’s sad history.

Hum Forest-Park is a perfect example, just 10 minutes away from the city center stands the most important communication facility of its time, Hum TV repeater. On April 5th 1992, the city gets overtaken by JNA fighter jets, opening fire on most vital objects in the city. JNA hits the television repeater on Hum hill and BiH Radio Television building, so-called The Gray Home.

For 25 years the Hum hill remains one of the most beautiful viewpoints of Sarajevo with an altitude of 816 meters, with amazing city lights under its feet, but sadly nothing else.

Allegedly by the end of 2020 it will shine again in its full glory, but not as a TV repeater but as a restaurant with a 360° view of the city.
